Veolia Environmental Services was awarded in Norway

The Veolia Environmental Services recycling center in Oslo, Norway, was awarded the Green Roof Award for the best green roof project in Scandinavia. This large green surface will have a large effect on the storm water management, as well as the esthetical and educational values of greening a waste plant. This achievement has been chosen for the shortlist at the World Architecture Festival in Barcelona, 22-24 October 2008. The World Architectural Festival is a celebration of the finest buildings of 2008 from around the globe.
