As with all academic journals, the scientific quality of the articles is subjected to rigorous review and is adapted to the general public.
The Open Access offers free unlimited access to documents via the Internet in order to promote the sharing of knowledge.

The Institute hopes to publish three or four issues in 2009.
The first articles can already be consulted on the Web site and include topics such as the future of energy, the issue of economic indicators, indoor air pollution, and health and well-being.
