Following discussions carried out within the framework of the "Grenelle of the environment", Veolia Environnement has drawn up, in collaboration with all its divisions, a document aimed at identifying the main challenges to its different core businesses. This publication, called "Proposals for responsible management of environmental services", targets the following four areas:

• Preserving natural resources and reducing the impact on the environment,

• Optimizing energy use and improving transport systems: two key areas for the struggle against climatic change

• Improving governance of environmental services

• Developing innovative solutions within the context of urban and environmental issues.
